Modern Allergy offers telehealth video appointments to our patients with allergy and immunology concerns, for both urgent and routine care. We recognize that during the COVID-19 pandemic, virtual appointments are extremely helpful because they can reduce your potential risk of exposure. 

We offer all patients this convenient option. Please note that we appreciate your understanding that many allergic conditions may require a physical examination, or further testing, in the office. Select patients may not require in-person appointments for all follow-up visits, which are typically shorter than initial visits. Hence, telemedicine offers quality follow-up care from the comfort and convenience of your home. Our patients enjoy the various benefits of real-time video visits, which can include prescribing medications if needed.

We predominantly use this delivery care method for follow-up visits. Some of our services include evaluation of all suspected allergies (e.g. pollen, food, dust, animals, and drugs), asthma, immune deficiencies, hay fever/allergic rhinitis, anaphylaxis, hives, angioedema, and sinus issues. Please note that we are now providing both urgent and routine care for our patients. We can discuss other symptoms, quality of life questions, and any issues related to medications.
